About Me

Hey I'm Sam! I am a retired college soccer player. I have played soccer since I was 4 years old and started fitness training on and off in 4th grade. My sophomore year in college I realized I had to pick it up and increase my training if I wanted more play time. From there I fell in love with fitness. I created a fitness account(@sammurrayfit ) during the beginning of COVID to help show others ways to workout and stay fit without a gym. The account ended up getting more attention than I ever thought it would. I was helping and interacting with people from all around the world and realized that I needed to make something more out of what I was doing. That is where I got the idea to start my own business called Active Body Clear Mind.
